The initial consultation includes a comprehensive case-taking process, thoroughly exploring your primary health concern and health history. This process involves an evaluation of your diet, lifestyle, and environment, as well as relevant physical examinations. Appropriate general or functional pathology tests may be recommended as they can provide valuable insights that assist with treatment and management.
Based on the information gathered, a holistic treatment plan will be formulated, encompassing dietary and lifestyle recommendations and, if required, a prescription for herbal medicine or nutritional supplements. As a client, you can expect individualised treatment plans utilising a combination of evidence-based research and the principles of natural medicine.

Subsequent appointments are designed to review your progress, ensure your treatment plan delivers the desired results and make adjustments as needed.
